In IE5.5 on Win ME the scroll bars and knob don't show up. The buttons form up fine. It all works in ns on my OS.

In my experience this only happens if you put the files on
a webserver, it's fine if all is on a local machine.

I must be doing something wrong ... I am looking at
dynapi.gui.scrollpane.html within the download dynapi-2001-
01-25 and for Netscape 4.75, the scroll bars simply do not
appear. (For IE5.5 they appear as you would expect and I
can scroll through the text without problems). Do you know
why ?

This appears to work fine in IE 5.5 using the latest release.
