I've attached a version of the events code that has been split into
smaller sections.
Now it is possible to use the vents code for precreation etc. without
needing to also include mouse events.
It requires that you modify your library include section to point to the
new locations.

/ events / drag.js
I've haven't downloaded a snapshot recently so I' not sure if the events
methods are as recent as they may need to be. It works with a version
of the api that I downloaded on 9/2/2001
