[Dynapi-Dev] CSV updates to dynlayer, events, inline today appear to cause scr ollpane/label to fail?

Just downloaded the latest CSV files (dynlayer, events, and inline) Dodoron
updated today. All files utilizing scrollpane.js no longer function on ANY
platform/browser (layers appear, but no scrollpane/labels). 

Anyone else having the same issues?

I may have broken something but it just replaced some 'return' statements with
'return false' or 'return null' as appropiated. Works fine for me in both NS
and IE, as it used to be. I'll give it a look anyway. Has anyone else found the
same problem ?
