There are a few points in the events.js that have an if statement for IE
and then an if statement for NS4. I know that this is only a small
matter and doesn't solve (or cause) any bugs, but i suggest that they be
replace with IF.. ELSE IF statements. This way, IE doesn't need to
check for NS after it has executed it's own code.
