Finally I can contibute something to this list!
There are two options.
The first is pretty expensive, difficult to set up, and VERY effective.
Visual InterDev provides an environment for server-side and client-side
debugging. I use it for debugging at work, although I use Textpad for
scripting.
The second is somewhat less... ROBUST, fairly easy to set up, and FREE.
Microsoft Debugger is a free download that also supports both client-side
and server-side debugging, although the functionality is far more limited.
Check it out at http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting/ under Scipt Debugger in
the left hand menu. There is a lot of good (MS-specific) scripting info at
that site also...
