Not a single mention of a rock.....
But grats to you guys, you deserve the spotlight...
What the article forgets to mention is the 'insight and wisdom' a lowly user
like me can gain by nibbling at the edges of your grand endeavor. I owe a
world of knowledge and thanks to you guys for spawning this designer-boys
odd interest in the world of programmatic misery.
* I just read a 800 page book on TCP/IP.
* 100 page tutorial on Unix.
* Half done with O'Reilly's Running Linux
* Then I will start Wrox Professional Apache
* Downloaded and printed HTTP1.1 and the DOM2 from w3.org and read both.
* Ordered Knuth's classic 3 volume set on software engineering.
* Ordered Orfali, Harkey and Edwards Client/Server Survival Guide
All to build a framework of knowledge that leads to God knows what.
And it's ALL PASCAL'S FAULT!!!!
Ray
The "rock be with you guys", I'm having a blast....
