[Dynapi-Dev] new Frame class 1/3 - cvs update

Hi,

Here are some updates needed to CVS:

1) allow img tags with width / height
2) fix destroy / remove system / clear anchor
3) fix setting ns4 bgImage

Not uploaded. The the modifications that I've made
will remove all child layers even when they are nested
inside templates. I've tested your updates but found
out that when calling _destroyAllChildren() from
dynapi.document.destroyAllChildren() will only destroy
child layers. Please test against
dynapi.api.dynlayer-destroy.html example

Yes I should have remembered that from before. Attached
is the fix to the _remove function and a clear of the anchor
in the _destroy function. I don't know if this is the correct
way of stopping a parent updating anchors of a destroyed
child.
