In windows, if you hold down on a standard scrollbar's up/down or =
left/right scroll arrow,
the bar keeps scrolling until you let go..
same with holding the mouse down on the background of the scroll bar.
So, How many people would like to see this feature in the DynAPI 2 =
scrollBar?
