#221 IPC in dynlayer.js on IE 5 Mac Platform

Line 362 fails on IE for Mac in dynlayer.js with Invalid
Procedure Call. A few lines down, similar IE 5 Mac
errors are trapped, however, the same type of code
exists prior to trap.

In OS 8.6 the error is not fatal, in OS 9.2 shell running
on OS X, the error locks the OS, forces a reboot.

Works fine in OS X.
