IE6 doesn't calculate document.body.scrollTop
correctly. Found this post describing a fix:

I've attached a patch against 2.5.7 which I'm using as
a temporary solution. It may be of use to someone.

of course, this 'bug' probably applies to getPageX as well,
but since I always avoid using *horizontal* scrollbars, I
wouldn't know ;-)
