#197 Missing layers after remove / adds

On Friday Fri Jun 8 14:54:24 2001 UTC, rainwater added
the offending lines to specificRemove.

Line 125 to 130 of the current CVS version need to be
removed. These strip the DynLayer properties instead
of the elm properties as was probably intended.

These lines need to be removed.
