#1 Home agent problem?

Hello,
I have a problem with home agent. I made the test-bed
in our labaratory. Foreign agent always send Mobile
IP advertisement. Also mobile node can send ICMP
router solicitation. After that mobile node send
Mobile Reg request with its home adresses to foreign
agent but foreign agent say that ICMP destination
unreachable. I think foreign agent can' see home
agent. However when I want to ping foreign agent to
home agent, it works correctly. Do you know where our
project is incorrect? Thanks.
