I'm thinking about develop a small task state assignment application
(C or bash). It would be useful for platform development and
prototypes testing. Something like an small application that gives to
the root user possibility to assign states to certain process.  What
does this seems to you (or someone alse in the community)? Have you
(or someone alse in the community) already started something like
that?
