[Dynamicpower-devel] Sourceforge Dynamic Power Management updated

The community DPM 2.6 patch is updated to match Linux
2.6.4, with many cleanups and a bug fix or two. Grab
new centrino utilities dpm-utils-centrino-2.6.4 from
the new dpm-utils-centrino package.

Support for additional platforms will be added in the
near future.
