[Dynamicpower-devel] DPM for Linux 2.6 updated

The DPM for Linux 2.6/Centrino patch has been brought
up to 2.6.0-test11.  The primary interface is
switching from /proc to sysfs.  Grab new utilities
from dpm-utils to use sysfs to set up DPM.
