[Dynamicmud-devel] bug fixes and format for command parser

The problem with the module loading has been resolved
and is in the CVS.  Profiling of users by the
administrator is being worked on.

The return value for each parser should indicate
whether futhar parsing needs to be done.
This should greatly speed up the parsing process.
