#2 cant install

I am looking at the dynagraph files and I see that there
is a missing file pkg.stats.php.Why is this not incluided
in the package? Could you maybe give me some
documentation for crerating this file .Should it be done
myself or is there an easier way. Also could you give me
some information on any changes that need to be done
to the php.ini file for getting dynagraph to work.

Any help would be appriciated.
