I'm using the official Italian version released in 2010, could you tell me where did you download it from? I also have a translation patch, in case I could use it on the English ISO.

You can find a working version in my collection of graphic adventures. My version is in Italian, but you should be able to replace my files with the ones you have.
Maybe something changed in the last year, I now can't run the game, not the @cnterr backup files, not the SKiDROW cracked DVD, not natively and not using DxWnd.
BTW, the game uses Pyton modules that are unsupported by DxWnd.

Can you help me run it please? I try to start it, an hourglass appears that spins inside a gear then crashes...
Where do I get a working game...
Oh nvm, got it. Downloading

Interesting. What game are you trying? I downloaded the game from myabandonware and a crack, and it works fine, with and without DxWnd.

I have this version and I'm getting nowhere with it. Absolute nightmare.

I wrote in my post...
there was a typo: it is myabandonware, not myavandonware! I fixed your post.
Over a year later and I'm here looking for answers too. I have the exact same problem as OP.

Are we all now using Windows 11 per chance? That's the only thing that I can think of.
