The head revision (73) of gnugettext.pas seems to work correctly with both D7 and XE10.
I added only corresponding defines.
The patch is attaches
In addition, the DebugWriteln is private but this is useful method in test mode.
On other hand, the methods DebugLogToFile and DebugLogPause are public.
I moved DebugWriteln to public section too.
