Hello Sir, I am about to purchase some need for Speed as My Forza horizon 4 is not Supporting your editor, If you can help me with it. It not actually not allowing me to paste your editor in it. If you can solve my Issue with FH4 I will be thankful, otherwise I has to buy NFS and I don't know If it is supported too or not. Thanks Sir. And I have MS Wireless Force Feedback Wheel.

Hello,
I'm on Windows 7 so no Forza for me :p (I have W10 too that I installed on some hdd when I got a free upgrade but I still prefer W7...).
Anyway, the problem might be that Forza is installed in some M$ store folder? If so the folder might be protected and u can't copy anything in it? If it's the case I'm not sure u can do anything but I did a quick web search and found this topic:
It's not clear at the end if it's possible or not so try and see.
For NFS PAYBACK you shouldn't have any problem copying files into it's folder but I'm not sure if the utility available in my page works...
I played it a couple years ago and I remember that I did some changes in the utility for some reason. Can't remember if it was because it crashed or if it had some other problem or if it was just that I couldn't reassign the controls which I ended up adding that feature. Otherwise the version I have works flawlessly.
But it didn't improve the steering as much as in other games as the max steering angle is limited by the game anyway. Still a bit better than pure gamepad mode, and it was a fun game but a bit annoying sometimes, 6/10 :p
Main reason I still didn't update the utility is that I'm now using vJoy(*) when a virtual device is needed. It works perfectly but vjoy gives me a couple of error windows when starting the utility, which isn't a big problem for me as it's just clicking ok a couple times and waiting a bit for the game to launch (~10s delay) but might be annoying for some ppl :p To solve that minor issue I would need to integrate the feeder into my editor which is a bit of work...
(*)without vJoy it isn't possible to trick some games as DRally2 and Dakar18 for example, and probably newest ones as Dirt5 and F12020 (didn't play/test them as I currently don't have a modern graphics card...), as they use the HID route to retrieve controller data... It's possible to do a HID wrapper but there's much less public info available as there is for xinput/dinput, so it's trial and error which can be very time consuming... (I did a very basic version anyway with some interesting results but with vJoy route it's much easier and cleaner and it works perfectly)
