During a PFR Simulation, pressure drop displayed under results and solution inspector are different. Please see the attached example. Pressure drop under results is displayed as 246.77 Pa where in solution inspector, beggs and brill pressure drop is coming to be 2.17696531690165 Pa.

I think the issue might be because of the reactor length. In the DWSIM file, the reactor length is used as 1.2 m where as the length displayed in solution inspector is 0.012 m. It gets divided by a factor of 100 although both the units are metre.
Isn't this report for a single PFR section instead of the entire length? DWSIM calculates the pressure drop for each volume/length section sequentially.
