#118 Object-Adjust a Component Separator

I woul like to use the ajust object to control an outlet stream volumetric flow rate of a component separator.
But when trying to select a manipulated variable, I select the object type, the object, but I can't select a variable.
Is this a bug or is supposed to work like this?

Version 3.7 build 5981, windows 8.1 64 bits

The component separator doesn't expose its properties. How would you control the volumetric flow rate of one of the outlet streams?

I'd like the adjust object to choose separation specs of at least one component so the outlet volumetric flowrate of one of the streams is the value I want.
