solved.
not used clasiccal UI to open the tutorial file, solve this problem.

is it when we open dwsim in clasical UI it actually open dwsim 4, so this eror appear ?

The dynamic tutorial only works on the New (Cross-Platform) UI.

If the "Classic UI" shortcut is opening DWSIM 4, then you have a broken installation. Re-download the latest installer.

i have done reinstallation but the problem remain.

DWSIM_bin_v51u6_setup.exe

anyway i think its okay because i still can open script simulation with normal UI.
