    Hello:
    I am new to DWSIM and Python environment. I am trying to simulate one of the excersies (Building the Dynamic Model) and get an error when run the scripts. It says that: "name 'Application' is not found". I am using DWSIM Versions 5.8 update 10. This error appears in "GenerateCharts" and "RunDynamicProcess_OpenLoop" modules.
    I would appreciate if you can help.

    You must run this tutorial from the Cross-Platform UI.

    Thank you for prompt response. I was wondering what is the difference between Cross-Platform UI and DWSIM?

    The Cross-Platform UI was created from scratch in v5.0 to allow DWSIM to run in macOS and give a better experience on Linux, but it can also run on Windows.
