Dear all,
first of all thank you for this magnificent tool. I
have a couple of questions. I would like to use DWSIM as a number cruncher for some DoEs I would like to process. I would have the experimental plan as an Excel-sheet and would like to read the data and write back the output when the simulations are finished with suitable Python scripts. I scanned through the Tutorials and I made some progress, but I still have not found a good and elegant script solution. In particular, I find it very hard to debug the python scripts, when I do not get a feedback from the console, when it is not available. What would be your recommendation to improve the debugging?
Best regards,
Werner

At the moment, I am trying to use the scripting manager within Dwsim(ironpython). Would it make more sense to do it outside? I am pretty much open for the better solution. Thank you for your support

Hi Werner,
Are you running these scripts from inside DWSIM or using automation?

yes, if you want to debug it. https://gist.github.com/DanWBR/c355fd5420d20d960f5d084a7142cde8
Ok. Thanks. Is it possible to export my current model in such a way that I do not have to remodel the flowsheet in the Python script?
I found out myself. Thanks
