This problem was reproduced in Debian 10 with Mono 6.10 and also Ubuntu (don't know the versions), but it does not happen on Windows (we tested on three machines). Logical ops such as the controller block do nothing. No errors, no crashes, but also no action. The manipulated variables do not change and the controlled variables mantain their initial values. I believe the problem happens in all logical ops and not just the controller block because I also could not get the specification block to do anything.

In linux it is the cross-platform UI. The classic UI does not start in my linux machine (it gives the same error of the cross-platform UI, which I believe it is the error that prevents saving a file, but in the classic UI this error is fatal and it closes).

Is this on the Classic UI or the Cross-Platform one?
In linux it is the cross-platform UI. The classic UI does not start in my linux machine (it gives the same error of the cross-platform UI, which I believe it is the error that prevents saving a file, but in the classic UI this error is fatal and it closes).
Have you checked the new update? I've added the adjust control panel from the Classic UI to the Cross-Platform UI.
