PH Flash invalid result for a 2-phase separator in Dynamics

Dear Dan and all,

Once again with the questions, I was trying to run a 2-phase separator in Dynamics but there is an error in the PH flash in the vessel. I tried all solution options, different tolerances, different thermodynamics package, different solvers but always get the same issue.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

You need to fill the vessel with something before running the dynamic simulation - select the vessel in dynamic mode and you'll see a button on the right panel to do this. Also, the outlet liquid pressure was wrong.
