How to use patch "Build 4503 to 4767 Update Patch (8 MB ZIP file)"

So, I installed DWSIM build 4503 and it seems to work as intended.

I got the patch, extracted the files, and then what should I do?

I thought that I would copy the files into the DWSIM folder, but that seems to create error messages.

I'm sure the answer is obvious, I just don't see it at this point.....

Hi Kevin,

You should extract the files overwriting/replacing the existing ones in the DWSIM installation directory. You must not be running DWSIM during the file copy.

  OK, so I download the patch into the DWSIM folder, then extract the files.

You don't have to download the zip file to DWSIM folder, but you must extract its contents to it... open DWSIM again and you're done.
