Error on creating new simulation

Hi Daniel,
under certain circumstances there is an error occuring when creating a new simulation:
1. Open an existing simulation
2. Close that simulation again
3. Create new simulation
4. Error will appear

When creating a new simulation on start of DWSIM no error occurs.

This one was fixed a minute ago. :-) Now I'll take a look at the pipe segment bug.
