Is there like a help tutorial or anything for this software? I can't figure out how I could make glucose and add it to the components selector on startup...
Someone, please help.

You should follow the following path:
1. Create new component with Component Creator utility
2. Enter as name "Glucose" and add CAS-Number 50-99-7
3. Import Data from Chemeo Database
4. Add Joback groups (These groups are not impoeted from Chemeo automatically yet) https://www.chemeo.com/cid/33-990-6/Glucose
5. Check for additionall informations on NIST-Webbook by clicking Link "CAS-Number" in Compound creator study
6. You may also edit UNIFAC and MODFAC groups to be able to calculate Activiy coefficients
7. From Joback groups all necessary properties can be estimated (property is checked) if they are not imported from external database.
8. If experimental / literature data are available edit them and uncheck "Jobak calculation" for that property
9. Save study file
10. Export component into a XML user database
11. In DWSIM you need to add this user database to the Database manager. This will load user components on startup of DWSIM in the future.
12. You may export this component to a JSON file as well.
13. If you want to model solubility in water, you need to deliver "Heat of fusion" and "Temperature of fusion" parameters
good luck
