I am trying to simulate and optimize "the recycling used lead-acid batteries process" . how do create /import lead metal (Pb) , lead componds like ( lead oxide(PbO) , lead sulphate (PbSO4) . and what EOS can i use to adequately represent the phase change from smelting (solid to liquid ) in a reverbaratory furnace.

I'm not sure if DWSIM is adequate for this type of modeling, sorry.
On using well definied components, i would try to use ideal PP. Phase change with melting is possible generally.
