Please, someone could help me?

I am trying to install the version 3.3 but at the moment of begining the installation apear the message: "erro to opem files to the recording ... C\progrmafiles\DWSIM3\releasenotes". What do i do?

Jonilson, tente baixar o instalador novamente, provavelmente houve um erro durante o download.

agora instala, mas ao abrir o programa aparece a mensagem: "o DWSIM gerou uma exceção (erro) que não pode ser gerenciada" e não abre o programa.
