Biodiesel Production flowsheet from DWSIM sample is not working.

Its throwing warning message for Ethanol distillation where the PVF flash for the bottom product is failing.

This is not an error. It is just a warning. The sample is working fine.

What about this message: "Compounds Ethanol_BD Water_BD Glycerol_BD EtP NaOH_BD PPP not found in ChemSep libraries. ChemSep relies on COSE to fully supply all pure components data"

This message is sent by the ChemSep column model.

The compounds involved in the message are from the 'Biodiesel' database, which is unknown to ChemSep. Since they weren't found on ChemSep's own internal database (which is the same used by DWSIM) , it will rely on information provided by the COSE (= Cape Open Simulation Environment = in this case, DWSIM).
