Error in SCOL-1 Unable to calculate PV Flash

I tried to calculate the FUG of binary compound.
Ethanol and Sec-butyl Acetate.
An error appeared, I attached the screenshot of the error window,
Is it because of the property package?
I used the free version of DWSIM 8.7.1.
