Thanks for your contributions in developing this community. I have been trying to develop a simulation based on a Gibbs Reactor model to estimate the product distribution in a HDPE pyrolisis. However, somtimes Im getting Convergence Errors or very low Carbon conversions. Im considering a PR-EOS, with carbon considered as a solid in some simulations without succeed.
I have created Carbon as a new compound considering the properties estimated by other Process Simulators, and there was no diference. Any sugestion around these issues? I have attached the file Thanks in advance.

try this, you do have Carbon as a compound in DWSIM v8.7.1, and if you select Vapor Only in the gibbs reactor it converges.
