#2 Does not work with Dreamweaver 8

I know you maybe have not tested it with Version 8,
because it's so new. But it does not get the Foreground
thing, it always returns zero.

Also, i got it to look for the window through
EnumWindows, however i think Dreamweaver may have
put something in to block it, because it returns like a
block where the M should be.

Anyways, i think the concept is really cool. Maybe I will
work on this a little bit with Dreamweaver 8, and upload
it back to you.
