If a particular menu item is selected on one DVD, vdr
always crashes, because of a throw statement in dvbspu.c:

This is because size.x2 >= 720.

I'm using vdr 1.3.40, vdr-dvd CVS HEAD, vdr-subtitles
0.3.10 and vdr-softdevice CVS HEAD as of 2006-01-23.
