I ripped a dvd. It said it was done. It then asked if I
wanted to preview or crop it. I said yes. I didn't crop
it. I hit close.

It then asked me how I wanted to compress it (and some
other stuff). I said "No recompression" and then hit
OK. It then gave me a bunch of errors saying it
couldn't do things, dvdmb.avi was not a valid file
(even though I was looking at it). There were a few
other errors (I'll post later with those on it), then
it just crashed (except for a little box saying there
was an error (at the top-left of the screen) which I
closed).

I also tried "no compressions (full frames)", and a
couple other DVDs on different settings, and the same
thing happened.

The files it created were still there (.10B, .2OB,
.3OB, etc.) I could change the extension to .avi and
view them fine, but the last one (.5OB) seemed to have
not finished being created. There was no file
information (resolution, length, etc). And it seems
that there should have been more. Each one was 25
minutes long and it was a two-and-a-half hour movie
(you do the math).

So I didn't have the whole movie for me to do anything
with.

This is a great program with a great concept, but if I
am unable to get the whole movie or any of the movie,
it's worthless.

WinXP Pro SP1
