Hi,

I also forgot to mention the following change:

* DefaultIndex page of index.php instead of index.html. A copy of 
index.html, name index.html.old can be renamed and used if required. Most 
webservers who support php, should support a php DefaultIndex file.

This change means that the title of the frameset can be programatically set
from common.php as well.
