[Dvddbp-develop] OpenDb-0.15 released

Hi,

OpenDb-0.15 released.  This release contains database
changes from 0.14p2, so you should start with a new
database.

This has lots of changes and fixes.  Full site-plugin
support finished.  Fully supports compulsory elements
and numeric input validation.

Lots of other stuff.

Check out site.txt and changes.info.txt for more
information.

You will need to load the sql/movie.sql script into
your new database.
