#13 Add SACD optimizations

Store tags with ISO
Linked tags/layers
* and similar stuff that I can't think of right now if applicable

Agree, please consider updating it one more time and add the tag system integrated in your other plugin instead of only relying on the database.

Normally I hate to prod developers with their limited time available, but I guess after 3 years I might launch one more try :-)

The SACD tagging system where the xml is stored next to the ISO is much better for portability than using the DVDA_METABASE folder under user settings . Maybe you could port that code over here after all?
