#19 Multi-value tags bug

On foobar 1.6.16, using version 0.6.2, multi-value tags seem to be broken. They are not properly split.

Using split by ';' simply removes the ';' like this:
Traditional Pop;Contemporary Jazz;Female Vocal -> Traditional PopContemporary JazzFemale Vocal

It happens on every DVD-A file now, but it worked fine on previous update. Since foobar caches tags, for old files, just click on 'Reload info' and new version will break their tag values too.

Reverting to old versions, last one working is 0.5.1. Installing that again and reloading info does properly load the tags.

It has been broken since 0.5.3. Hope 0.6.3 fixes the issue. Thank you for discovering this.
