#23 ISO image too big

I can confirm bug #1973941. Trying to downsize a DVD-9, available as a 6.3 GB ISO, to DVD-5 I always get a ISO image size of 4.42 GB, no matter which quality I set. The ISO works just fine, but doesn't fit on a single layer DVD. I'm running the version of dvd95 coming with Ubuntu 9.04 64-bit, which is 1.4p0.

P.S.: unfortunately, it isn't allowed to comment on the mentioned bug.
