#29 Not creating nowshowing file
For some reason, a nowshowing file is not being
created. The problem started out when I noticed that
TyStudio Editor's "load from Now Showing" button
yielded results that were old and not updating. I backed
up the entire directory from my Tivo to my PC and
removed from Tivo, re-installed, & waited about 8 hours
for it to index all the shows - it never did. When clicking
on "load from Now Showing," it errored saying it couldn't
get a now showing list. I noticed that it only had two
files in the directory(tyindex & tyserver), plus an "index"
directory, but my backup had three plus the "index"
directory. I moved the nowshowing file from my pc back
to the tivo and the now showing button yielded the
same results as before.
Is there a way to force tyindex to create a new
nowshowing file?
