#22 Copying File From TIVO - 0%

Just installed tystudio (Tivo and Windows components).
I am able to get a complete program listing from TIVO,
sucessfully select program to "Copy to PC First" and
select destination file name. Once copy status dialog
box appears, it remains at 0% for hours until I finally
cancel.

Any ideas?
