#97 tyget very slow on win2kSP3

Running tyget on Win2K SP3 runs very slow. I have seen
this problem with older version of tytools as well.

Only real experience has been with tytools and the
speed of transfer reduced by a factor of 10 after
applying SP3 + other security updates to Win2K Pro.
Later version of tytools got around this issue by using 2
sockets.

Rate of xfer is about 3700 chunks/hour. So in this case
the 45 minute recording is going to take over 4 hours to
get.
