#87 "Copy to PC First" gets reset during selection

Problem:
I consider this a bug, but some people may disagree. I
think the "Copy to PC first" scheme needs to be redone. If
you select to copy and then select an indexed stream, it
deselects the copy box. Appearantly during a select list
callback, it checks to see if the stream has an index. If
there is an index, then deselect copy. If no index, then
select copy.
To force the no index copy rule, it might be better to check
during the OK callback. If there is no index for the stream
and the user did not select copy to pc first, then popup a
dialog stating that a copy will be forced. Followed up with
the file save window.
My thought is people will not have indexes only for a few
weeks. After that, then it does not matter.
For those people not choosing to use the indexing feature,
have a preference available to aways default to copy.
