#81 Wrong file type suggested when saving elemental streams

When saving an elemental mpeg stream, the traditional
postfix is .m2v. However, the save dialog at the
beginning of the processing phase filters files by the
.mpg postfix, not .m2v. Thus you cannot see if there
are any other files with the .m2v postfix (in
particular, an earlier file by the same name) already
in the directory.

I am using BR1 RC3.
