#46 Demuxed elemental stream can't be parsed by SpruceUp

When I demux a particular .ty file (elemental streams,
no audio transcode) with the 0.5.0b1 TyStudio and try
to load it into SpruceUp, I get the unhelpful error
message "Parser error" about 25% of the way into the
file. Other files work fine, and so does the file in
question if I only demux the last 2/3 of it. I've used
tyfilesplit to chop out the smallest chunk of the .ty I
can manage that still exhibits the problem. It's at
