#113 Output file not released on success

Created an MPG file successfully.
In another window, tried to rename this file but could
not as TyStudio still had an exclusive lock on the file.
Loaded a second ty file, created cuts, monitored
successful processing.
Tried again to rename the first file, but it is still
open. Huh?

The TyEditor should release the output file when
processing is done.
